Baku jazz festival to draw world performers

A jazz festival will start in Baku on Thursday with the participation of musicians from around the world.

The week-long event will feature performances by jazzmen from Azerbaijan, the United States, Poland, Hungary, Brazil, Russia, France, and the Netherlands.

The opening and closing ceremonies of the festival will be held at the open-air Yashil Theater. It will conclude with a gala-concert on June 14.*
