Draft anti-corruption law to be discussed
A Friday meeting of the parliamentary permanent commission on legal policy and state building discussed a draft law On Fighting Corruption. Chairman of the commission Ali Huseynov told AssA-Irada that after considering thoroughly the opinions and proposals expressed by MPs during the parliamentary discussions on the draft law, the commission made some changes to the bill. Huseynov noted that the adoption of the law On Fighting Corruption will be an important step taken for prevention of corruption-related law violations. Following discussions, the commission decided to pass the draft law to the parliament at the third reading.
